You may not copy, or reverse engineer this Software

If you are a competing business to Interstate Removals Australia PTY or Moving Software, you must leave now: Do not enter this software.

Disclosing the features of this software to competing business' is not permitted, and is taken VERY seriously by Interstate Removals Australia PTY LTD

Whilst Interstate Removals Australia makes EVERY effort to keep software uptime 100% and there are data backup systems in place, there is no guarantee, and we can not be held responsible for any loss of data at any time.

You, and Interstate Removals Australia PTY LTD have a mutual obligation to maintain confidentiality, unless directed by Australian Courts.

We reserve the right to block entry to your software account in the case of overdue fees. We will notify you via email prior to this taking place.

You shall defend Interstate Removals Australia against any claim, demand, suit or proceeding made or brought against Us by a third party alleging that Your Data, or Your use of the Services in breach of this Agreement, infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of a third party or violates applicable law (a "Claim Against Us"), and shall indemnify Us for any damages, legal fees and costs finally awarded against Us as a result of, or for any amounts paid by Us under a court-approved settlement of, a Claim Against Us; provided that We (a) promptly give You written notice of the Claim Against Us; (b) give You sole control of the defence and settlement of the Claim Against Us (provided that You may not settle any Claim Against Us unless the settlement unconditionally releases Us of all liability); and (c) provide to You all reasonable assistance, at Your expense.

Included Leads are averaged out over the course of a year, Interstate Removals Australia makes no guarantee that a definite amount of leads will be provided per month, rather, averaged out over the 12 month period.
